This comprehensive renovation of 27 North Moore, a Tribeca apartment transformed the space through meticulous attention to detail and custom craftsmanship. Working in close collaboration with N3 Architects and Hubley Bass Interiors, we reimagined the entire layout to better suit contemporary living while honoring the neighborhood’s industrial heritage.

The project began with the installation of wide plank flooring throughout, creating a warm, continuous foundation that unified the living spaces. We reconfigured both the kitchen and bathroom layouts to improve flow and functionality, maximizing every square foot of this Manhattan residence.

A standout feature of the renovation is the custom sliding steel door system—a nod to Tribeca’s loft aesthetic that adds both visual drama and practical space-saving benefits. Our team executed highly detailed woodwork throughout, from custom millwork to built-in storage solutions, ensuring that every joint and finish met our exacting standards.

The tilework showcases precision craftsmanship, with complex patterns and careful material selection that elevate the bathrooms and kitchen into statement spaces.
