Integrity Contracting, Inc. completed a comprehensive interior renovation at PAVA, located at 119 East 15th Street in New York City. Working in collaboration with architect Thomas G. Haude Jr. of Highland Associates, the project transformed the space into a refined, functional interior that balances modern utility with classic craftsmanship.
Custom Millwork & Cabinetry Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry units in rich walnut tones feature glass-front upper display cases and deep drawer bases, providing ample storage while anchoring the aesthetic of each room. Recessed lighting integrated within the cabinet structures ensures both functionality and visual warmth. Additional open shelving units and built-in wall panels demonstrate the seamless integration of storage and design throughout.
Herringbone Hardwood Flooring The principal spaces feature a striking herringbone-pattern hardwood floor installation in light natural oak. The precision of the herringbone layout, bordered by a contrasting inlay detail, lends elegance to the open plan and complements the warmth of the walnut millwork.
High-Density Mobile Storage System A high-density sliding storage system was installed in the dedicated records area. Floor-mounted tracks accommodate multiple tall cabinet units that slide laterally to maximize storage capacity while minimizing footprint. The system includes adjustable interior shelving with label-holder frames and is finished with clean white laminate exteriors and brushed metal hardware.
Kitchen Renovation The kitchen renovation features a galley-style layout with new custom cabinetry in warm wood tones, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a full-height refrigerator, integrated range, and under-counter dishwasher. A deep undermount sink with a professional-style faucet completes the functional workspace.
